Positive: Marc the owner was very nice, he was highly available and responded to all our requests. There was a minor leak which he notified us of ahead of time and gave a discount without being asked, and accommodated a late departure due to a personal matter without additional charge. The place was clean and cozy. Having a boat that can be used is a great perk and was a fun activity for all.
